About Us
La Conexión is a 501c3 non-profit community organization formed in 2013 by a group of Latinx residents of Northwest Ohio who came together to bring unity, voice, representation, and advance the rights of the growing Latinx and Immigrant communities in the Northwest Ohio Region.
Our Mission
Our mission is to serve as a welcoming resource of unity,
empowerment, and representation for the Latinx and Immigrant community in the broader
Northwest Ohio region.
We Work Towards
-Empowering the community for positive social change
-Strengthening and promoting our identity
-Advancing our rights
-Promoting leadership and capacity development
-Building a safe, just, inclusive and equitable community for all of us!
